Shipping
We currently ship our mindful growth tools to over 75 countries worldwide via Hrvatska Posta tracked service. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are based on your location and order weight. If your country is not listed or you encounter any issues, please contact us for further help at hello@wavesofthoughts.com.
As a small business, we aim to dispatch your orders within 3-5 working days. When your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email and once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package's journey to you. At this point, we are no longer able to make changes to your order.
Orders are shipped from Croatia so there are no customs or extra charges for EU orders. Please note that import duties may be applicable for orders place outside the EU and are fully of the buyer’s responsibility.

When your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Please review it carefully and should there be any mistakes contact us immediately. Once the order has been shipped we are no longer able to make any changes.
Upon delivery, please inspect your order and contact us immediately if your items arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can make it right for you.
EU Returns
If you wish to to request a return contact us as hello@wavesofthoughts.com with your order number.
As per the EU consumer rights, if you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it within fourteen (14) calendars days of delivery and request a full refund (minus the original shipping costs).
Certain items are non-returnable, including digital products and coaching sessions.
To be eligible for a return, the items must be in the same condition they were received in:
Unwritten and unused;
In their original packaging with all labels;
Accompanied by any accessories that came with the product (when applicable).
The buyer is responsible for return postage costs and any loss in value if the item is not returned in its original condition. Waves of Thoughts reserves the right to refuse a refund if return conditions are not met.
We do not offer returns for orders placed outside of the EU at this moment.
